Welcome! Mantra Mental Health Counseling is a small, Massachusetts-based psychotherapy practice providing telehealth and in-person services with offices in Medway, Newton, and Chelmsford. We serve clients located in the states of Massachusetts, New York, and Colorado.
Our clinicians see clients ages 14+, and our specialty areas include disordered eating, body image issues, anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder, perinatal mental health, and trauma. We are passionate about providing strengths-based care, practicing acceptance and self-compassion, supporting identity development, and exploring the impact of social media on self-esteem. We are in-network with many commercial insurance plans.
Mantra Mental Health Counseling also provides consultations for mental health professionals looking for specific case support and/or private practice development.
