Brittney (she/her) comes to Mantra Mental Health Counseling having worked in community-based care for children and families, private practice … and she was even a Kindergarten teacher! Brittney is based out of our Chelmsford office where she meets with clients both in-person and virtually. Brittney specializes in working with teenagers (14+) and adults, and her areas of clinical focus are anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Brittney builds strong rapport with her clients using a strengths-based approach, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused CBT, solution-focused therapy, positive psychology, and incorporates art therapy in her work with many of her clients.

When she’s not in the therapist chair, Brittney enjoys music, traveling, painting, and creating diamond and cricut art.
